Our Story

We had the pleasure of being clients before having the opportunity to purchase the Spa. In June 2022, Amelia and Tracy, best girlfriends started our journey as the proud new owners. We had always dreamed of becoming business owners and now, we are living out this dream; to serve people and make a difference in the community.

Today with perseverance, dedication, and a golden opportunity, anything is possible.

We thank all of our supportive and loving family, friends, and clients for their continued trust and loyalty. We are looking forward to the promise of the coming years and serving all of the valued Willows clients; Present and Future.

Welcome to The Willows Spa & Coffee Bar! We are a full-service spa and licensed coffee bar located just a short drive outside of Calgary city limits, and a longstanding staple in the community of Heritage Pointe since 2007.

The Willows Spa was created by an intelligent and resourceful woman who believed in the power of giving and community. Today, that legacy continues to live on through ourselves (Amelia and Tracy) and all the other wonderful women at The Willows Spa & Coffee Bar (Meet Our Team Here).

Enjoy a glass of house wine or non-alcoholic beverage with individual charcuterie boards during your pedicures. Available any day of the week.

  • Our charcuterie boards include a variety of artisan cheeses, cured meats, pickled vegetables, candied nuts, and crackers.

    Tapas Add-On Pricing:

    • Non-Alcoholic Option: $24

    • Alcoholic Option: $27 (includes 1 - 6 oz. glass of house wine)

    • Alcoholic Option: $30 (includes 1 - 9 oz. glass of house wine)

    Guests must be 18 years of age or older for the alcoholic option.

    Valid government-issued ID must be present when ordering alcoholic beverages.

    Prices subject to GST.

    Pricing is per person.

  • Our favourite ongoing promotion! When you book an Indulgence or Ultimate Pedicure with a friend, both guests receive 25% off the pedicure only. This promotion is available Wednesdays (all day).

  • Yes, we do! Please contact info@thewillowsspa.com for group booking inquiries.

    We ask that you include the following details in your request:

    • How many guests are attending

    • The time & date you are hoping to book in for

    • The services each guest would like to receive

    • Occasion or event (if any)

    • How we can make your visit extra special!

  • Absolutely - you can purchase a gift certificate at any time online HERE, or by visiting The Willows!

    Whether you know exactly which spa treatments you'd like to gift or are looking for something more customized, we've got you covered.

  • We are pleased to offer pregnancy massage throughout the duration of your pregnancy. In addition you can safely enjoy all of our esthetic services, with the exception of body wraps.

  • While certainly not mandatory, gratuities are greatly appreciated by our staff. If you're feeling the love, leaving a gratuity is a great way to show it.

  • Yes, all our massage services are performed by Registered Massage Therapists.

  • Parking at The Willows Spa is both abundant and complimentary. You can park in the lot directly in front of the main entrance of the complex.

  • We use an AHS approved sterilant and high-level disinfectant to sanitize tools used in all esthetic services. The safety of our clients is top priority.

  • Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment. If we cannot accommodate your new time, your treatment will end at its original time, so the next guest's appointment isn't delayed.

  • We require 24-hours’ notice of cancellation for all services.

    Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation, any cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in full charges to your credit card or a deduction from any gift certificate.

    For group bookings of 2 or more, please provide 48 hours’ notice of cancellation.
